Proceeds from the run benefitting the Museum's "History Within Reach" program. This program provides experiential-learning workshops to economically underserved schools in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. These schools would otherwise not be able to afford school trips.
Strawbery Banke is holding a “Run Through History” Half Kilometer run on Saturday, February 11, 2023.
A Half-K run? Not a typo! Enjoy 260 years of architectural heritage in one loop of the historic campus, a distance achievable by all!
· All participants receive a commemorative event sticker and swag bag
· Historical costumes are encouraged
· Bring a watch for self-timing
· DJ Skooch spins musical favorites as runners and walkers proceed through and return from the route.
