All skaters must check in at the admissions desk to receive a color ticket tag to be admitted onto the ice.
Skate passes from ten-ticket passbooks cannot be redeemed online.
In the event of a session cancellation by the Museum due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, skating tickets for affected sessions are automatically refunded; otherwise, no refunds are provided.
Tickets are valid for one specific timed session only and expire at the conclusion of that session.
Strawbery Banke Members must sign in to receive their discount. Number of discounted tickets varies by membership level.
SKATE RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE ADMISSION DESK FOR $6/PAIR AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ONLINE TICKETS.
